The SMART28℠ Advanced Technology Course is designed to immerse surgeons in the next generation of patient-specific planning, imaging, and surgical execution.

This comprehensive educational experience brings the SMART28℠ portal to life by integrating real surgeon-submitted cases with advanced imaging, 3D printing, and custom instrumentation, all within a single, streamlined workflow.

Faculty experts will guide participants through case-based discussions, interactive workshops, and hands-on cadaveric labs that showcase the latest applications in:

• Lapidus Procedures with AI-driven 3D planning.

• Total Talus Replacement, including custom implants and instruments.

• Total Ankle Replacement with the TAR Maven workflow.

• Hands-on cadaveric labs with WBCT scanning to demonstrate the full clinical workflow.

• Early access to the latest generation of SMART28℠ surgical technology.

Attendees will gain practical experience with weight-bearing CT (WBCT) scanning and full workflow demonstrations, from pre-op imaging through custom guide creation to final surgical execution. Labs will feature 3D-printed anatomy, scanned specimens, and modular instrumentation to highlight real-world surgical applications.

Course Highlights:

• Friday: Panel dinner on AI and enabling technologies in complex SMART28 cases.

• Saturday: Didactic sessions on bunion correction and WBCT evaluation, interactive workshops, and cadaveric labs covering TAR, Total Talus with subtalar fusion, and modular guide workflows.

• Sunday: Focus on SMART28 in PCFD with imaging analytics, coverage mapping, and cadaveric labs.
