Wednesday, April 16th

  • Travel Arrival Day

Thursday, April 17th

  • 8am-12N – President’s Council Meeting
  • 12N – 4:30pm – Golf and/or Spa

****Partners at Leisure 8am – 4:30pm

  • 6:00pm – 8:00pm – Dinner Yacht
  • Dress code: Business Casual

Friday, April 18th

  • 8:00am – 11:30am – Pickleball Tournament
  • 4:00pm – 9:00pm – BBQ Dinner & Live Music, Hot Air Balloons
  • Dress Code:  Casual – Business Casual

Saturday, April 19th

  • 9:00am – 11:00am – Sunday Brunch – Captain’s Table
  • Depart after Brunch

Accommodations

We have reserved a block of villas to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Each villa offers complimentary WiFi, in-room coffee and tea, 24-hour access to the fitness center, and full access to the pool and beaches, including towel service.

Travel Reimbursement

Guests are responsible for booking their own flights. To qualify for reimbursement, airfare must be booked in Main Cabin only, and receipts must be submitted no later than March 31st. Please send all receipts to Shannon Rose and Kristi Vanderkam for processing.

All travelers should plan to arrive at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS). To ensure round-trip transportation is properly arranged, please submit your travel itinerary to Kelli Greene at kgreene@paragon28.com by March 31st.
